Fundraising for Elles

Dear friends,
I am right now in Vancouver working on a new production titled: Elles
Involved are Erin Drumheller, Linnea Swan, Valerie Calam, Ali Robson, Alison Denham, Darcy McMurray, Susan Elliott and Carolyn Woods.  The dancers are coming from Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal and Winnipeg, the purpose being to create a work with their different accents of dance. To create this ambitious project I received the Rio Tinto Alcan Award 2012 for Dance. Artistically, I am thrilled to work with such artists!!! Financially, we are almost there buuuuuuuuuuut, yes, we are missing 15 000$.  I am calling upon your generosity and support for my work and this very exciting piece. Help us to go to the furthest in our artistic ambition, as an independent choreographer it is my battle.

Comme vous le voyez ces formidables artistes viennent de Toronto, Montréal, Winnipeg et Vancouver, le but étant justement de créer une pièce basée sur leurs différents accents en danse. Pour créer ce projet ambitieux j’ai recu le Prix Rio Tinto Alcan 2012. Artistiquement, c’est extraordinaire de travailler avec des artistes aussi magnifiques. Financièrement nous y sommes presque, maaaaiiiisss, oui, il nous manque 15 000$. J’en appelle a votre générosité et votre soutient pour mon travail et pour cette superbe création en devenir. Aidez nous à aller le plus loin possible dans notre ambition artistique, en tant que chorégraphe indépendant c’est ma bataille.
